Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Conv provides tools and content to help you prepare for conversations, including editorial guides, conversation starter ideas, and related resources. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Features marked as beta or experimental may be unstable or withdrawn without notice.

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly via our contact page if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of law or these Terms.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach authentication or security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Use automated means (including bots or scrapers) to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or circumvents rate limits or access controls, except as allowed by robots.txt or with our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except where applicable law forbids this restriction.

The Service, including text, graphics, logos, branding, and software, is owned by Stone Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may share links to public pages and brief excerpts where fair use or similar doctrines apply, but you may not copy large portions of our content, sell or sublicense it, or present it as your own product without our prior written consent.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

The Service may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party services (for example, analytics). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STONE LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STONE LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID STONE LABS FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stone Labs and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that some consumer protection laws may apply in your place of residence. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stone Labs regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
